Kombinationen med chokolade og banan findes næsten ikke bedre – og specielt i kager passer de to ingredienser rigtig godt sammen. Det er derfor vi har valgt at have denne fantastiske muffinsopskrift med hvor bananen og chokoladen går hånd i hånd. Denne opskrift er supernem at lave og den passer fx perfekt til en børnefødselsdag.
Ingredienser
- 250 g hvedemel
- 75 g Pecan/valnødder
- 125 g rørsukker
- 100 g mørk chokolade
- 50 g smeltet smør
- 1 tsk bagepulver
- 1 æg
- ½ dl ahornsirup
- 2½ del letmælk
- 1 banan
- 12 stk. muffinsforme
Fremgangsmåde
- Bland mel og bagepulver sammen, tilsæt fintmalede pecannødder og rørsukker
- Pisk æg, ahornsirup, mælk og smeltet smør, og rør det godt sammen med de tørre ingredienser
- Vend banan- og chokoladestykker i
- Dejen kommes i 12 smurte muffinsforme. Hvis der bruges papirforme, så kom 2-3 stk. oven på hinanden, så dejen ikke vælter ud
- Bages ved 200° C i 25-30 minutter
