Chokolade muffins med Oreo og hindbær

Vi ved godt vi har sagt det før, men disse muffins skal altså bare smages! Oreo kiksene og hindbærene giver bare sådan en helt fantastisk smag, at vi vare lige ved at lave endnu en portion efter vi havde fået guffet den første portion i os. Specielt var de gode da de stadig havde noget af varmen tilbage fra ovnen – med et stort glas kold mælk til! Øj, de smager godt. Du kan regne med at få 12 muffins ud af denne portion.

Ingredienser

  • 150 g sukker
  • 180 gram mørk madlavningschokolade
  • 80 gram smør
  • 1 tsk vanillesukker
  • 2 æg
  • 150 g hvedemel
  • 1 tsk bagepulver
  • Cirka 100 gram Oreo kiks
  • Cirka 100 gram friske hindbær

Fremgangsmåde

  1. Forvarm ovn til 180 grader
  2. Smelt chokolade, smør og sukker i et vandbad eller i mikrobølgeovnen
  3. Når alt er næsten smeltet, røres let rundt indtil det bliver én glat masse
  4. Tilsæt ét æg af gangen og pisk med en håndmixer imens for at blande godt rundt og tilføj derefter vaniliesukkeret
  5. Derefter tilsættes lidt efter lidt melet som er blandet med bagepulvet
  6. Hak nu Oreo og hindbærene groft og hæld dem i blandingen
  7. Rør sammen med træspatel
  8. Hæld i muffinsforme og bag i cirka 20 minutter midt i ovnen
  9. Afkøl dem på en bagerist

    Hej! Når der står hindbær, skal man så bare bruge friske hindbær eller er det frysehindbær?

    Vi vil anbefale, at du bruger friske hindbær (vi har tilføjet det til opskriften). Men du kan selvfølgelig også benytte frosne hvis det fx ikke lige er årstid for hindbær.
