Hvem siger fiskefrikadeller skal være dyre og svære at lave? Her er en opskrift som de fleste kan finde ud af at lave, og man skal ikke købe dyrt fiskefars. Bare find et par dåser tun frem, og du har de lækreste deller. Dellerne kan serveres med dampede grøntsager og kartofler, og en god klat remoulade, som lækker gæstemad på SU-budget!

Ingredienser

  • 2 dåser tun i vand
  • 1 løg (fintrevet)
  • 2 æg
  • 2 spsk. rasp (eller mel)
  • Citronsaft fra ½ citron
  • Revet citronskal (husk den skal være økologisk)
  • Lidt salt og peber
  • Hakket frisk basilikum
  • Evt. lidt olie

Fremgangsmåde:

  1. Hæld vandet fra tunen, og bland alle ingredienserne sammen i en skål
  2. Form dem med 2 teskeer til små deller, og sæt dem på en bageplade med bagepapir og pensl med olie
  3. De skal bage i ca. 7-10 minutter ved 200 grader til de er gennembagte og gyldne, men pas på de ikke er i ovnen for længe, så bliver de tørre. Dellerne kan også steges i lidt olie på panden
